Payment Method

We accept payment via the Credit/Debit Cards with the following logos

We DO NOT accept cancellations.  Please do verify your order carefully before passing it.  Once it’s passed, it will be shipped.  Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Description of Items

All products are described honestly and accurately, as far as possible in the item description.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way please let us know by sending us a message through our contact message form.  And we will respond to you as quickly as we can.

Vintage Antique Accessories 

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on vintage accessories from the Category “Fashion Accessories” simply because they were bought as they are being sold.  Please note that every item at “Fashion Accessories” was bought directly from shops and they may have been tried on previously.  Therefore I want to bring to your attention that they are all new but without labels, and they will come with a label tag of Jamalacs & Lilacs.

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on vintage antique accessories.  They are items that have been previously used.  They were pre-owned, and therefore will show signs of age, wear and tear.  Any damages and or signs of use will be shown in the product images and description, as much as possible.  Therefore they are being sold as they were bought.  Their beauty from the passage of time is what makes them unique.

SHIPPING – We ship all items on Mondays and Thursdays after payments has been received. 

Combined Shipping – Combined shipping is automatically calculated at the check-out

Local (UK) – Standard Delivery via Courier Services (UPS) – 2 to 5 days.  

Europe – EU and West European Countries – Standard Delivery via “Royal Mail or UPS”  –  6 to 7 days.

Europe – East European Countries (Non-European Union) – Standard Delivery via “Royal Mail or UPS” – 7 to 12 days

Shipping to International Destinations – Standard Delivery via “Royal Mail” or “UPS” – 8 to 15 days.  And Buyers maybe Responsible for all customs fees and taxes at some destinations depending on countries.

Registered Shipping with Tracking Number

If you would like your parcel shipped with a tracking number select either registered airmail/shipping at the checkout. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to include a tracking number on shipments at our discretion.

Items that weigh 2kg and over will automatically be shipped via PARCEL FORCE or UPS including a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges for everything created with Fabric

Please Note we DO NOT accept Exchange.  

We gladly accept returns for items which are home-made with fabrics only, including cushions, curtains, table covers, bags, and anything else “fabric.”

If you are not happy with your items, send us an email to let us know that you are returning the items.  We will work with you to ensure any issues are solved.

Please return the items in its original packages within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund.  We do not pay return fees and it is the responsibility of the buyer.

Proof of Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If the items have any sort of smells like food smell, cigarettes smell, and or other type of smell or dirt, we will NOT make a refund simply because we will not be able to sell the items again.  We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
