Something as an old vase, some flowers from the florist, some big pebbles from the coastal beach, something from the coconut tree, a fruit from the pomegranate tree. And an old metal tray. They can all be added up together and make a beautiful decorating moments at home.

Good Morning everyone! It's been a while since I last posted something.

Now that last year’s dust has been dusted, the year 2023 is running fast too. We are soon to be embracing the month of March.
It is looking a bit like spring is showing up. Outside the green leaves are starting to show. And the climbing little green leafy foliage never forgets to come back. I love them and they are so pretty. And also the weather is wet, we had rain this morning. However the weather is still very much chilly with no sunshine and a cloudy sky.

It is the most wonderful time of the year. Christmas is as old as the family itself. It brings back lots of memories, and as well as it creates memories that will last forever. It is a special day that we embrace the love and make it stronger than the gifts under the tree.

In today's world, we are inundated with all sorts of advertisements at Christmas time, and parents spend way too much money on their children that they forget the Value of Love.

I have come to a point in my life that I don't allow multi-billionaire companies' advertisement to deluge my mind to pieces.

Christmas is a time when we embrace families, friends and we give out our hearts and love to them. And this family tradition will always be the best memories of all time.

I am writing to Wish all my Instagram friends a MERRY CHRISTMAS 2022.

And my thoughts and love goes out to everyone during these horrendous storms that are battling the USA and Canada. Stay Safe and take care of yourselves.

Welcome December 2022!
It is the most wonderful time of the year.
It is when families and friends gather together and that togetherness is so warm and loving. This is the day we watch family stories unfold that we will remember a lifetime.

On the right of the picture is a cruet stand. I painted it a light pink almost white. And it accompanies my flower arrangements.
And on the left is an antique metal bowl with rustic vintage hearts made by myself. The rustic fabric is from Laura Ashley and it was dated 1980.

I love this time of year because everything is abo

I love this time of year because everything is about Christmas.

Here I am sharing my lovely vintage silver plated cruet stand I bought some time ago in a charity store. The cruet stand was empty. Then I had to find a way to get four little glass jars to make them a vignette for flowers for decorating purpose.

I bought four little jars of sandwich spread. And they were the right sizes that fitted the cruet. It is the first time I am using my stand for decorating this Christmas.

And not forgetting my girl statue took her place next to the cruet. And the stone pebble I collected it from the coast in England when my daughter was only eight years old. That time she was a collector of different types of stone from the beach. And ever since, I have kept this one as a souvenir of our holidays.

And the picture is of a painting of "low tide in Maldon, Essex, in East London," painted by "Cecile Foster."

It is the beginning of the season. Autumn is getting prettier and prettier for not sharing. And sooner the jingle bells will be on the horizon.

Dear friends.

The arbours of trellis and roses are fading. However the perfect sunny days are slowly vanishing before the first frost appears.

Since we’re now into October winter weather will soon be on the horizon. And since we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving over here, my thoughts are actually focusing on Christmas.
