Please note that our prices are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling)

Please review the details of your order carefully before submitting any payments as it cannot be modified once submitted.  Once payment is passed and done, your item will be shipped.

Credit Cards

We accept the following methods of payment : Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Standard Delivery hours are between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm. 

For the United Kingdom we ship with Royal Mail or UPS, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.  You will also receive an email to confirm that. 

For International Services, we will pass your items through Royal Mail, PARCEL FORCE or UPS for delivery to your destination.  You will receive an email from us to confirm that.

Items under 2kgs will be shipped via Royal Mail.  If you want your items to have a tracking number, please let us know and we will change the cost of postage at check-out.

Items that weigh 2kg and over will automatically be shipped via courier PARCEL FORCE or UPS with a tracking number.

Shipping to most international destinations takes around 7 – 14 business days.  Please be aware that shipping time may be longer if your parcel is held for customs inspection in the destination country or in cases of inclement weather.

All Customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and parcels will be marked as merchandise.  Please ensure you take into account any potential import taxes and fees before you place your order.

Vintage Ware

For your Vintage Glassware and or China – We at Jamalacs & Lilacs do recommend that you do not wash your items in the dishwasher.  Our best advice is to hand wash using warm water and dish washing soap.

For Mirrors, China and Glass, Paintings, Prints, Fashion Accessories – These items are final sale.  They are being sold as they were bought.  Therefore RETURN and REFUNDS will not be accepted

Hand-Made Crafts

At present we are not accepting custom orders, but we may be doing so in the future.  We will announce it once it is definite.

We do not accept “Back Orders” – meaning we do not accept placing orders for products which are out of stock.  Simply once a product or item is out of stock, we cannot promise that we will be re-stocking the same designs.

Care for Cushions, Curtains, Table Covers, Pillow Cushions and all things Fabrics –  Please note that At “Jamalacs & Lilacs” we do not accept responsibility for damages, discoloration, shrinkage, fading of items pertaining to natural factors, wear, tear or washing.
